Does anyone now how to make fish meal (instead of the whole fish) for JLF?

Mr. Choi I think he wants to make fish meal not liquid fertilizer. We’ll in a mass production they will grind up small fishes like anchovies sardines etc… it is cooked at high temperatures dried then mixed with corn meal and soy meal to make it in pallet form. At home you can use a pressure cooker then dehydrate it in a dehydrator. Then pulverize it in a coffee blender. You can also use dried fish pulverized it, and you are done. I make fish hydrolysate, with lactobacillus casei and molasses and fermen

Add 10 leaders of water to 1 kg and a little bit of leaf mold soil. Seal and use after 3 months.
