Oriental Fruit Fly have been such a pain for farmers all around the globe especially in South East Asia, I found that JADAM methodologies able to combat almost all pest and diseases however there is one that still giving me a huge headache which is the fruit fly. I did try as per recommended on the book as well but it seems that these insect come and go and only be fatal to them if the solution is applied to it directly. I was wondering about Streptomyces avermitilis if this is something we can able to grow via JMS or JLF and feed them as a lure for both female and male fruit fly where later it will impacting their reproduction and inhibit their eating capability? Will there higher chance for Streptomyces avermitilis to exist in JMS or JLF? Apologies for the long inquires.
