Does it have to be canola oil? Can I use any type of frying oil?

Hello, am Gideon from Uganda, i need some help,if power goes off a minute after starting a drill mixing. What happens? Doesn't it go bad? Or can i start from there when power comes back? Thanks in advance for reply.

How about using used oil? oil already use to fried meat or chicken.
