it takes me about three months, the answer depends on your carbon: nitrogen ratio. If you are familiar with that you can speed up the process or delay it. I use cardboard, used paper towels, and leaves for brown. and for the green, I use kitchen waste and three-month aged bokashi. So the ratio is 24:1 which is about half brown and half green and it goes through a thermophilic phase for a couple of days then it will start to cure! Although I stop doing these anaerobic methods completely.
