Hello,
I am grateful for purchasing and studying your books, my understanding of soil health is much greater than it was prior to reading your books. Thank you.
I made a 20L batch of JWA and because I am located in a small country where chemicals are hard to find I substituted the 640g of potassium hydroxide with the available sodium hydroxide. After 3 days the mixture was not soft but hard like a brick. With the added water and mixing with a drill constantly for many hours I was able to break all the hard parts and was left with something like a tar consistency.
At this stage I boiled some of the JWA for 5 min to see if it would go back to a liquid form and it only slightly improved. Currently the texture is similar to peanut butter.
What can I do to save this batch of JWA?
Keep pushing your videos you are changing the world!
Best regards
Bill
