Control of fall webworm on Perilla Leaves with JMP

Among commercially available vegetables, perilla leaves are the most frequently reported for pesticide residue violations. They are vulnerable to various pests such as aphids, whiteflies, and thrips. 

This video shows the control of the fall webworm using JADAM Microbial Pesticide (JMP). The young larvae scratch the underside of the leaves, while the larger ones make holes or chew along the edges. When infestations are heavy, the damage can be so severe that harvesting perilla leaves becomes impossible. JMP provides perfect control even against thrips, which are among the most difficult pests to manage.
